CLEAN PLAST® Purge Compounds

CLEAN PLAST® is a leader in the manufacturing and sales of commercial purging compounds. We offer a complete range of products designed and engineered for superior performance in your specific processes and resins. CLEAN PLAST® purge compounds are optimized for most plastics manufacturing applications such as injection molding, extrusion, film and sheet, and blow molding. Our purge compounds can be safely run through Hot Runners and Valve Gates. We only use prime resins and components in the manufacture of CLEAN PLAST® purge compounds. Using CLEAN PLAST® will significantly reduce downtime and reduce the time for changeovers. A purge with CLEAN PLAST® typically will be 25% to 50% less than other products. This means less storage space in the plant, less fork truck activity to rack and un-rack, lower on hand inventory, less freight, all meaning significant savings and a lower environmental footprint. CLEAN PLAST® offers onsite technical support and training. To complete our support of processing plants, CLEAN PLAST® offers a complete line of Mold Care and Process aids designed to maximize profits by efficient cleaning and protection of all molding surfaces.
