Plastic Flow develops polyXtrue and optiXtrue software for design and optimization of extrusion dies for single-layer and multi-layer coextruded products such as window profiles, medical tubing, automotive seals, sheets, pipes, and blown films. PolyXtrue reduces die fine-tuning iterations by 50-75% and accurately predicts extrudate distortion beyond the die exit. OptiXtrue optimizes extrusion dies for a minimum extrudate distortion.
