ComeBack Mobility develops a digital rehabilitation system that helps patients safely recover after lower-limb injuries. Based on a patient’s CT scan, we segment the bone–fixator construct and perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to calculate the optimal mechanical load that accelerates healing without risking fixation failure. The personalized rehabilitation program instructs patients on how much weight to apply when stepping and guides them through iterative walking sessions and customized home exercises via our mobile app. Patients receive real-time feedback from our FDA-cleared Smart Crutch Tips, which adapt to any standard crutches and record each step and load.
