Syncromune is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that is developing the SYNC-T platform immunotherapy for advance solid tumor cancers, with initial focus on metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer mCRPC). SYNC-T is a novel personalized combination immunotherapy that is performed completely in situ. It is designed to synchronize the location of key components necessary to create a systemic anti-tumor response within the lymphatic system: patient-specific tumor antigens, our multi-target drug, and immune cells. Using a dual-function device delivery system, it first uses partial cryolysis of a target tumor to release the patient’s own tumor antigens. Then, through the same device, SV-102, a multi-target immunotherapeutic consisting of four immune modulators is infused into the zone of cryolysis. The volume of the infusion then promotes drainage of the tumor antigens and SV-102 into regional lymph nodes where they synchronize location with immune cells. Co-localizing these three components can then empower the immune system to activate T cells and mount a systemic anti-tumor response against both primary and metastatic lesions. Our lead candidate SYNC-T Therapy SV-102 is currently being evaluated in the LEGION-100, a Phase 2 trial for mCRPC. To learn more visit www.legion100trial.com or www.syncromune.com.
Stiehl Tech LLC
Stiehl Tech LLC is a medical device company that has developed a new peristaltic pump irrigation system for use in surgical sites, traumatic fractures and wounds, and any infected chronic wound. We have increased the pressure to 12 PSI (ave) and flow rate of 1800 ccs/minute. With vector spray 60 degrees, we substantially increase biofilm bacteria removal compared to pulsatile irrigation. The pump becomes a durable item reducing the unit cost compared to standard pulsatile irrigator.
