Our design experience includes: Air Force Types III and IV aircraft hydrant refueling systems; aboveground storage tanks (API 650), underground storage tanks including the field-erected, cut-and-cover type (NATO STANAG); tank truck off-loading systems; aircraft refueler truck loading; tank (rail) car off-loading and loading; marine loading and off-loading facilities including marine loading arms; truck parking areas; SPCC Plans; API Standard 653 aboveground storage tank inspections; inspections of field-erected, underground, cut-and-cover tanks; facility studies and engineering evaluations; API Standard 570 pipeline inspections; storage depots; operation buildings; and maintenance buildings. All of these projects have required us to comply with environmental regulations, and we are very familiar with the local, state, federal, and overseas requirements. In the process of performing this work, we have demolished, constructed new, repaired or rehabilitated every type of facility described above in order to comply with the Department of Defense’s handbook for designing fuel systems: UFC 3-460-01 (Military Handbook 1022A’s successor).
