YWAM Kona is a Christian missions campus located in Kailua-Kona, Hawaiʻi. It is part of Youth With A Mission (YWAM), a global movement dedicated to knowing God and making Him known through discipleship, training, and outreach. YWAM Kona is one of the primary campuses of the University of the Nations, welcoming people from around the world into a multicultural community centered on worship, prayer, learning, and everyday faith. Campus life is intentionally shaped to foster spiritual growth, strong relationships, and a heart for global missions. At the core of YWAM Kona is the Discipleship Training School (DTS), a six-month program that focuses on deepening one’s relationship with God and living out the gospel. The first three months emphasize biblical teaching, hearing God’s voice, and character formation, followed by a three-month cross-cultural outreach where students serve communities and share their faith.
