We are members of the first responder community who provide individual and department coaching resources for all first responder branches, including spouses, partners, and families. FRC is committed to supporting growth, goal-achievement, resiliency, and leadership for first responders. We’re here to help you navigate the complexities of first responder career and personal life. Services include: – 1:1 and group coaching sessions – Department wellness packages – Support for resiliency and CAPS training – Online resources included self-guided training – Coaching certification Founder/CEO Jennifer Anderson has first-hand experience with the challenges that PTSD brings into all aspects of life.
