CAG is a consortium of companies providing composite solutions for OEMs looking to replace traditional materials with composites and advanced materials. The OEM’s focus is on reducing weight, improving thermal e¬fficiency, extending battery life, enhancing corrosion resistance, and delivering other valuable propositions. CAG collaborates with supply chain companies, technology partners, and OEMs to ensure these solutions are commercially viable and meet the economic demands of OEM markets. Bespline is a pioneering North American company specializing in the production of custom-shaped foam kits for the marine and aeronautics industries through the use of adaptive moulds. Bespline thermoforms structural foam panels made of PVC, PET, SAN, and PMI, up to 2 inches thick, creating pre-shaped and precut core kits. This innovation offers significant advantages by saving resin, enhancing mechanical properties, and reducing installation time compared to traditional 2D kits and slitted cores. Additionally, bespline is capable of manufacturing finished sandwich panels using the vacuum infusion process to achieve any doubly curved shape. The company, which began operations in 2021, serves the North American market and leverages the extensive experience of its European partner, Curve Works, who has been commercializing this product for over eight years.
