Engine Assurance Program
Engine Assurance Program (EAP) is the high-quality alternative to traditional hourly engine maintenance programs. Depending on the coverage chosen, EAP covers scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including life-limited parts, LRUs, R&R, shipping, rentals, line maintenance, trend monitoring and catastrophic coverage while boasting a 99.98 percent dispatch reliability rate. EAP provides customers with increased residual value of their aircraft, enhanced customer service, and one of the highest ratios of rental engines to enrolled engines in the industry. EAP’s highly skilled and motivated team also includes exclusive partnerships with rapid response field units and access to the RAPID TEAM. EAP covers select Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC), Rolls-Royce, General Electric and Honeywell engines, including all variants of the TFE731, and their associated APUs. EAP is headquartered in Dallas, TX. The engines/APUs covered by EAP can be found here: https://www.eap.aero/about. | EAP, the Dallas-based provider of hourly engine maintenance programs, is celebrating its ninth year and is adding engines from multiple OEMs to extend its service to even more operators. EAP specializes in supporting operators of airframes who have historically been underserved in the marketplace. “With EAP, out-of-production aircraft can stay in the air longer, giving life to these still highly versatile airframes,” said Sean Lynch, EAP managing director. “The engines served by EAP have logged millions of hours of service. When EAP keeps an aircraft flying longer, there is an entire revenue stream/trickle-down effect that feeds the whole industry.” EAP continues to expand the list of engines covered by its hourly maintenance program. EAP already covers all variants of the Honeywell TFE731 and recently has focused on adding General Electric, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Honeywell and Rolls-Royce engines to its program. With these new additions, operators of Challenger 604, Falcon 2000EX/EX EASy/DX/S/LX/LXS, Challenger 300 and Gulfstream G550 aircraft, respectively, now are served by EAP. Another significant advantage of working with EAP is that fleet operators may now need only one vendor to support all their engine coverage needs.
