We have retail and foodservice packaging and shelf life are 12 months.In doughs, we produce puff pastry and Criolla (âhome madeâ style) oven bake and for frying in different sizes and shape according to what the customers need, puff pastry (round/rectangular family size) for pies, and quiche dough with seed and whole wheat options (including vegan options). Shelve life 12 or 18 months depending of the product. Our packs include separators between discs for ease use.
