Dryden Aqua
Dryden Aqua is the largest manufacturer of glass filtration media. AFM® Activated Filter Media is a direct replacement for sand, doubling the performance of sandfilters without the need of additional investments in infrastructure. AFM® resists biofouling, biocoagulation and transient wormhole channeling of unfiltered water and outlasts all other filter media. AFM® Activated Filter Media is a highly engineered product manufactured from a specific glass type, processed to obtain the optimum particle size and shape. It is then exposed to a 3-step activation process to become self-sterilizing and to acquire superior adsorption properties. As marine biologists, we have a unique knowledge combination and detailed understanding of the biological as well as the physio-chemical reactions in water. This has enabled us to develop and manufacture a highly innovative range of products such as the Activated Filter Media AFM®.

CleanWay Environmental Partners
Available exclusively from CleanWay, MetalZorb® is a high capacity, non-leaching sponge filtration medium that effectively reduces, removes and recovers dissolved heavy metals from water discharge. With low impedance to flow and no backwash required, MetalZorb is non-toxic, biodegradable and highly effective for a variety of applications. | CleanWay focuses on high-efficiency environmental solutions, specifically on the deployment of MetalZorb®. This high-capacity, treated sponge technology is engineered for the rapid sequestration of suspended solids and dissolved heavy metals. | CleanWay® Environmental Partners manufactures innovative stormwater and wastewater filtration solutions that are easy to install and maintain, durable and highly effective. CleanWay filtration designs are adaptive and scalable with a selection of elements and media to address site-specifics water quality needs. Storm Clean® filtration systems are post-construction stormwater BMPs that include drop inlets, catch basin inserts, curb inlet, downspout filters and variants to fit any size basin. CleanWay helps municipal, industrial and commercial customers comply with NPDES regulations with solutions that work, making your job a little easier. We work in partnership with you to help achieve your water quality goals.
Bear River Zeolite
“The Magic Stone” An electrostatic filtration media that provides active and passive filtration (ionic and mechanical) of drinking water and wastewater. Since the year 2000, Bear River Zeolite Co. has been a surface miner and wholesaler of its natural clinoptilolite zeolite in Idaho with a readily available (100+ year) supply with a purity between 85-95%, very low clay, and established business infrastructure and logistics. Clinoptilolite has extensive capabilities and benefits with its cage-like structure, vast internal surface area, and cation exchange capacity (CEC). Natural zeolite is effective at adsorption of metals and toxins and is also a catalyst that increases the efficiency and benefits of other constituents and processes. Natural zeolite has been proven to capture PFAS and makes a perfect duo with activated carbon. It has also has been proven in the filtration of countless other constituents, including radionuclides and has been critical to remediation in every historical nuclear disaster. It’s a fraction of the cost of activated carbon, has 90% more filtration than sand (25 lb of zeolite replaces 50 lbs of sand) – down to 3 microns, DE clarity with a better flow rate, all natural with no chemicals, and is mined and shipped from Idaho.
