Our receiving Screens are constructed of aluminum and stainless steel. The Dual Screen Design has two screens on opposing angles with the front screen being virtually self-cleaning. The bar screens feature a 3/8″ gap with 1/4″ x 1″ stainless steel bars, with a screening area of 10 to 51 square feet, (depending on the 5 available models), allowing for high-capacity offload and cleaner bio solids. All Screens meet the 503 Ecology Code. Custom Screen sizes are available in ¼” and 3/16” gapped bars. We developed these effective solutions to remove trash from septic and grease trap waste. Our screening systems can virtually be setup anywhere. Simply connect the receiving hose to your pump truck. Our Receiving Screens are designed for gravity or power offload. Septage and Grease are screen filtered to remove 99% of the trash. Collection of trash atop screens is manually raked into a trash tray with 3/8″ slotted drains, then pushed up the folding trash chute to a trash receptacle. Custom stainless-steel rake included. 500-1000 gallon per minute offload rate varies by model and is possible through our Patented Dual Screen Design. New in 2025, the Grit Master Chanel Separator with shaftless Screw Conveyor, manage hands free Grit and Debris Waste flow streams.
