JW Froehlich Maschinenfabrik GmbH
JW Froehlich is an expert for quality assurance in series production developing test stands that include pre-testing as well as the end-of-line testing of batteries. Following the electrical pre-tests of the batteries or modules before they have been fully mounted to form a battery pack, leak testing using air or helium sniffing tests, followed by EOL functional tests are performed. Batteries that do not fully meet the test criteria are subjected to repeat tests following repair. For the preliminary test of the incompletely assembled batteries, information is read out from the individual modules, compared with defined limit values, and evaluated. Furthermore, JW Froehlich offers individual mapping for the determination of the ideal leak tightness test procedure for battery components such as housing, cooling systems, rupture discs and more. | Testing and Assembly systemsLeak test, End of Line, Functional test, Assembly
JSOL Corporation
J-OCTA is the commercial edition of the OCTA system born from a Japanese national project, and it is widely used across automotive, electronics, and materials manufacturers. It links atomistic, mesoscale, and process models in one workflow to design electrolytes and interfaces, predict Li-ion transport, and engineer electrode microstructures.Built-in materials informatics and AI accelerate screening and extend MD/DFT and mesoscale simulations insights to device-relevant time and length scales.Typical battery use cases span electrolyte formulation and diffusion analysis, anode/cathode studies, and slurry mixing–coating–drying optimization for durable, high-performance porous electrodes.
