For over 100 years, Powell Systems Integration has provided quality automated packaging solutions customized to customer needs big and small and is renowned for exceptional engineering, reliability, and value. Powell offers vertical form fill and seal bag filling systems for packaging snack foods, produce, frozen foods, candy, and much more into bags. Powell also has rotary pouch systems for packaging candy, nuts, gummies, frozen berries, beef jerky and much more into stand-up re-closable pouches. We also offer simple semi-automatic systems for automatically weighing you product and then depositing it into hand-held bags, pouches or containers. Our fully automatic box filler will run bulk boxes at up to 30 boxes per minute. Our Smaller semi-automatic systems start at two to three boxes per minute. Powellâs fully automatic tray fillers start at 30 trays per minute and can be expanded up to 150 trays per minute. Powell also custom engineers an extensive line of linear weighing equipment and multi-head combination weighers to automate your product weighing and then either automatically or semi-automatically fill your containers.
