AutoGate manufactures Vertical Pivot Gate systems (VPG). AutoGate also produces Active Vehicle Barriers listed on the DoD Anti-Ram Vehicle Barrier List (ASTM M30 (K4) and ASTM M50 (K12) systems). Our VPGs offer superior speed of operation, uncomplicated installation, all weather condition performance, low maintenance, and outlasts and outperforms | AutoGate is the leading manufacturer of the first UL 325 and Canadian CAN/CSA 22.2 listed Vertical Pivot Gate (VPG) systems. VPGs outperform slide and swing gate systems in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and particularly cold and snowy environments where competitors fail. The bottom of our gate panels are custom-fabricated to adapt to any terrain, including curbs, railroad tracks, uneven driveways, crowns, and drainage swales. Our gates come in a wide range of designs, and we collaborate with customers on special designs and aesthetics. Additional security features include Anti-Climb designs, with open and close cycles ranging from 7-12 seconds depending on the model. Our systems require significantly less maintenance, resulting in a lower cost of ownership and an extended lifecycle compared to competitors. A built-in battery backup comes standard, preventing security lapses and ensuring gate functionality during power outages. Our High-Security barrier systems provide vehicle control and can also deny pedestrian threats by integrating a gate panel with the barrier arm. These systems are crash-tested in accordance with ASTM F2656 (which replaces DOS K-ratings), the Standard Test Method for Vehicle Crash Testing of Perimeter Barriers. Available ratings include K12/M50, K8/M40, and K4/M30. | AutoGate manufactures Vertical Pivot Gate systems with operators that are UL 325 and CSA 247 listed. The company also offers ASTM F 2656 M30 and M50 (DOS/DOD K4 and K12) rated active barrier systems, including shallow foundation. The systems require less space for installation and operation with superior opening and closing speeds and custom fabrication for site needs such as curbs and drive contours. The systems require far less maintenance and have a longer life than slide/swing gates.
