Nordfab Ducting introduced and manufactures Quick-Fit®, a modular ductwork system for dust, mist, and fume collection. Quick-Fit (QF®) duct features unique rolled ends and easy-to-use clamps, which allow QF to be installed in half the time of traditional ducting. For over 80 years, N.R. Murphy has manufactured the most complete line of dry dust collecting equipment available, from small to large and everything in-between. We manufacture: shaker style & pulse jet dust collectors, cyclones, portable dust collectors, industrial exhausters (fans), rotary airlocks, abort dampers, silencers, filter bags & accessories. We provide custom solutions for customers where an “off the shelf dust collector” just won’t do the job. We also manufacture our own exhausters and related equipment, including replacement filter bags for any manufacturer. Our products are built to last … our dust collectors are totally welded, angle iron reinforced, wiped galvanized with a satin coat finish – it is not uncommon to see our dust collectors in operation for 20-30 + years.
