Established more than 35 years ago, REI Drilling, Inc. provides directional drilling services to the mining industry primarily in North America, though we have also worked in South America, Europe, and Asia. REI owns and operates a fleet of twelve directional and core drilling rigs. Our drills are custom-built for the underground mining environment, including coal, and also function as surface drills. Our fleet is equipped with custom downhole directional drilling equipment including LWD and MWD steering tools developed by Drilling Products, Inc, enabling the integration of logging and precision borehole survey information with mine mapping via computer aided design software. REI works directly with mine operators to formulate Directional Drilling Solutions with a focus on providing the best outcome for the mine operator.
