CAM-Service does develop NC programming software for laser processing since 1990. CAM-Service is well known for its sophisticated software CAGILA® and its excellent customer support. CAGILA® does support all kinds of NC controllers, lasers and optics for 2D and 3D laser applications. With CAGILA® 2026 a new module ‘NC-Optimizer’ will be released. Based on the NC axis encoder data this module does analyze and optimize the NC tool path quality to decrease the deviation between original CAD contour and resulting NC tool path, influenced by the axis dynamics. AI based models with machine learning strategies assist to find the optimized tool path strategies for the customized laser machines. Another AI based module is ‘CAGI-Assist’, to answer user questions about machines and their components or custom specific documents. CAGI-Assist is able to gain and increase user knowledge. It does run within a local network to avoid any loss of confidential information.
