In 2020 MWS moved into a state-of-the-art production facility in Oxnard, California with 25,000 sq. ft. manufacturing space, 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse space and 75,000 total sq. ft. with included offices. All medical fine wire is produced here using a variety of specialized equipment, offering customers the full range of metallurgical and insulation options. The facility is set up to accommodate sampling and low volume wire manufacturing, as well as large scale 24/7 production. Quality Assurance traces the product from raw material to finished item in meticulous control sequences, providing full on-site lab services to accommodate customer needs.
