BSI has specialized in the fabrication of high quality plating equipment since 1988. We fabricate custom single stand-alone polypropylene plating tanks in any size for rack and barrel lines; provided with all necessary equipment for your plating needs. We also fabricate double and triple rinse tanks, drag-outs, acid and sump tanks. Our products are composed of various materials, whether it is plastics (PP, PE, CPVC, HDPE) or mild steel, or 304/316 stainless equipment. In fact, we provide “turnkey” plating lines and self-contained modular systems including all plumbing, anode/cathode bars, pumps, filters, and ventilation designed to your specific needs. Built rugged for serious applications, BSI also fabricates plating barrels that withstand harsh chemicals year after year. BSI builds barrels for nearly any chemical. Sizes range from 12″ x 24″ to 26″ x 60″ barrels. We also do side-by-side barrels for rack applications. Our customer service exceeds current standards. If you have an existing tank that is leaking and is just too complex to remove from your production line, we can save you time and money by providing you with a “drop-in” rigid tank liner. All of our liners are fabricated using the latest Wegener plastic welding technology and equipment. Vent Hoods and Drip Shields: To construct exceptional exhaust systems, we start with the right tools: our machine shop features sophisticated CNC routers and most importantly knowledgeable fabricators, which makes our team equipped to customize every vent hood and drip shield in house.
