Machine Tool Camp
Manufacturing Purpose Built CNC Machines, MTC offers an array of world-class machining centers catering to customers processing long & narrow parts as well as traditional CNC Routers. We foster collaborative partnerships with our customers, vendors, and employees to deliver leading-edge technology that is elementary to operate and maintain. The HARP series of “Purpose Built” CNC Machining Centers are unique in their ability to process “High Aspect Ratio Parts” (long & narrow parts). Designed from the ground up with the ability to securely hold parts with sophisticated and small cross-sections, the HARP machine will straighten warped, bowed, and twisted parts of wood, plastics, composites, and metals prior to the machining process. Further, the HARP machine will reference all machined features from datum faces that are critical to meeting feature tolerances. In addition to common 3-axis machining capabilities, most HARP installations are configured with (4) four, 3-axis heads, operating in unison, on one part or a group of parts. The result is machine throughput that is 5-6 times faster than a traditional 3-axis machine. MTC also manufactures traditional Moving-Bridge and Moving-Table CNC Router products equipped with high horsepower routing spindles, multi-spindle drill units, and multiple tool changer options. The VR-FLEX series is popular in traditional “nested-sheet” environments with the ability to operate as a traditional nesting machine or as a hybrid solution, offering nesting and pod manufacturing on the same platform. The LIME series of “moving table” machines offer superior rigidity with single or double table configurations as well as Left-to-Right and Front-to-Back table orientations. Rooted in advanced technology and engineering capabilities, MTC can solve your production challenges with machine tools that are manufactured and supported 100% in the US.
