Hollymatic Corporation was founded during the economic depression days of the 1930s by Harry H. Holly who had been working as a structural iron worker when his employer was forced to close down. After searching six months for another job, he and his wife opened a small hamburger shop in Calumet City, Illinois. It was apparent to Mr. Holly that molding hamburger patties took far too large a percentage of his time. Searching for a better way, Mr. Holly built a simple yet ingenious patty machine from wood. We are a manufacturing company located at Monterrey, Mexico, with almost 20 years of market experience, we have developed our product line into almost 2000 different restaurant supply utensils and kitchen accessories. In the last two years, we’ve been increasing our presence in other food supply categories due to the increasing demand of our clients to start manufacturing products in those markets.
