Come see our comprehensive line of electric and gas catalytic infrared emitters, modules and complete systems. Talk with our IR application experts about your wood laminating or coating, staining and powder coating drying and curing challenges. Compared to convection ovens, infrared technology reduces floor space and costs while improving quality and production rates. Our IR technology is easy to retrofit into existing lines to supplement (booster, preheat, etc.) or even replace convection ovens. Our electric infrared emitters are ideal for activating adhesives for laminating applications such as edge banding or veneers. Both our electric and gas catalytic infrared systems efficiently dry solvent and water based coatings and stains on wood. Curing powder coatings on MDF or other heat sensitive substrates is efficient, consistent, and yet flexible with our gas catalytic IR systems.
