Our Medical Device Testing Team at Eurofins EAG Laboratories solves difficult medical device problems, advances product development, and provides valuable data for successful submissions. By utilizing our unique chemistry and materials expertise, EAG empowers medical device companies to create new ways to repair and heal the body as well as to improve the patient’s quality of life. Unlike competitors who provide incomplete data leaving gaps in analysis, EAG provides the deep technical expertise and extensive analytical capabilities to show a fully characterized picture with interpretation of the data. This deeper understanding results in the confidence needed to proceed to a successful regulatory filing, speed up innovation, and reduce failure or litigation risk. From full chemical characterization including extractables leachables to invitro assays, surface analysis, and particulate characterization, EAG supports the Medical Device industry with unmatched capabilities, the most expansive set of instruments, and fast, flexible problem solving. | When it comes to understanding the physical structure, chemical properties and performance of advanced materials and integrated circuitry, no other scientific services company offers the breadth of experience, diversity of analytical techniques or technical ingenuity of EAG Laboratories. We deliver multi-disciplinary, problem-solving expertise to help our customers accelerate innovation, ensure quality and safety, and protect intellectual property. | Today’s advanced batteries require a range of specialized analytical tools to better understand the electrochemical processes that occur during battery cycling. A full understanding of the materials used, and their behavior with respect to the cycle life of the battery system, can provide valuable information regarding the processes occurring within the battery. This can also provide useful insight into potential failure mechanisms. Eurofins EAG offers analytical techniques and expertise to allow a full understanding of the materials used in the cathodes, anodes and electrolytes. We have the capabilities to address materials issues associated with all stages of battery development, including supply chain, materials R&D, and failure analysis. Meet our battery experts at The Battery Tech Theatre on Wednesday, October 8th at 3 pm.

Enduralock

Enduralock is focused on technologies enabling dynamic space operations. 1. OneLink™ is a unique satellite docking solution that provides not only for refueling, but it also provides for upgrades, repair, and mission extension. Integrated into one docking connector are fuel ports, data/power connections, and a robust mechanical linkage for in-space transport. OneLink™ is designed for docking of free-flying satellites (no robotic arm is required), which allows for other mission sets (in addition to on-orbit refueling from orbital depots) not possible with other refueling connectors: 2. OneCatch™ is an in-space deployable capture mechanism for either mission extension or for deorbit of a satellite or space debris. It does not use a robotic arm, which greatly reduces the cost of the mission, and the geometry of its capture gloves allows it to capture the hard points of where the satellite was initially attached to the launch vehicle or various other geometries. | Enduralock is a Kansas City–based small business developing enabling technologies for In-Space Servicing, Assembly, and Manufacturing (ISAM) and for aviation. Our technologies include: 1. OneLink is a multifunctional satellite docking connector providing fuel, data, and power transfer, and a mechanical linkage sufficient for in-space transport in one connector. It is being developed through an AF Phase II SBIR. 2. Enduralock has designed a deployable, reusable, in-space capture mechanism for in-space transport of a satellite or for deorbit of space debris. 3. Under a TACFI, Enduralock has developed a robotic end effector for autonomous assembly of structures in space with a unique fastening system designed for aerospace. The fasteners are mechanically locking, vibration resistant, reversible and reusable with only a standard hex socket. They are unaffected by thermal extremes, as they remain locked even with loss of preload. They also eliminate the need for safety wire, which reduces assembly and maintenance times. Enduralock developed self-aligning nut plates, which will engage off-axis bolts and then self-align during tightening. This makes them ideal for in-space autonomous robotic assembly. 4. Through an AF Phase II SBIR, a mechanically locking, vibration resistant, reversible and reusable fuel line/hydraulic connector was developed. 5. The first mechanically locking nut plate was developed through an AF Phase II SBIR for use in extreme vibration environments such as hypersonic applications or reentry vehicles. | Enduralock is a Kansas City–based small business developing enabling technologies for In-Space Servicing, Assembly, and Manufacturing (ISAM).
