While the luthiers appreciated traditional design, they imagined a guitar that paid homage to tradition and also incorporated improvements to the structure and cosmetics of the distinctly American steel string guitar.

In 2020 I made a promise to myself: build as if each were the last—no compromise; let imagination be the only limit. Our workshop is very intimate, close enough to hear wood change as the light changes. We prototype, measure, and then trust the ear. These guitars are not meant for everyone. They are meant to be found. If one finds you, I hope you feel what I put into it—clarity, response, and a human touch that lingers after the note is gone.
