Samaplast AG
For already more than 60 years SAMAPLAST AG manufactures sterile end of line medical products for international customers under the highest clean room conditions (ISO 7 and 8) using the plastic injection moulding process. The product range extends from dental parts and catheter connections to long-term implants (e.g: PEEK cages). SAMAPLAST AG is certified/registrated according to FDA, ANVISA, PMDA and ISO 13485 for the worldwide global distribution of its products. SAMAPLAST, based in Switzerland, processes thermoplastics such as PEEK, PSU, PEI, PPS, TPE, PC, POM and polylactides into plastic parts. Additional to injection moulding production the range of services is completed with validated processes such as final rinsing with HPW water, laser marking, ultrasonic welding, annealing, gluing, final packaging and sterilisation with gamma or ETO.
