About The HOPGUILD Since 2018, The HopGuild has been bridging the gap between grower and brewer relations. The HopGuild is a grower-owned merchant and hop processor. We have field and product research centers, made up of agricultural and brewing experts established to better facilitate bringing New York Hops to a Global market. We're the largest hop merchant and processor on the East Coast. Our main focus is sustainability. We encourage our Guild Growers and partner growers to use progressive farming practices as well as grow the most sustainable varieties on the market. In addition to our New York-grown hops, we offer a world-class, comprehensive portfolio of varieties from our partner growers from around the globe. Whether you're looking for a delectable noble hop from Bavaria, an exotic hop from New Zealand or a classic PNW hop we have you covered! We focus heavily on quality and always put quality before quantity. We process our hops in-house into many different products like T-90 Pellets, Whole Cone Mini Bales, CO2 Bittering Extract, and our proprietary product HOPSAUCE®. All within our New York State 20c Licensed Food Processing Plant. All hops that come through our facilities, must meet or exceed over a dozen in-house quality control checks. We also work with third party labs to make certain that our products are standardized and exceed any certifications brewers are looking for.
