At the heart of our technology is advanced chemical preprocessing, designed to break down surface treatments and remove PFAS, dyes, elastane, and finishing agents. This enables clean and efficient molecular separation of polyester and cellulose from even the most complex blends. Our patented five-step process combines wet-mechanical treatment, deep chemical cleaning, decolorization, and polymer separation — all based on green chemistry, with no toxic chemicals and full recirculation of solvents and water.
