About Specific Mechanical Systems Since 1984, Specific Mechanical Systems has handcrafted brewing and distilling systems for the craft beer and spirits industries. In addition to the brewing and distilling industries, we also design and manufacture process systems for water and waste water treatment, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, dairy, biotech, agriculture, and R&D markets.
