About ABA Locks It all started in 1983, in a modest 30-square-meter workshop in Hsin Chuang, Taiwan. With just five employees and a founder, Mr. Miko Lee, who named the company after his parents, ABA began its journey with a simple cam lock and a deep commitment to quality and trust. As Taiwan’s technology sector gained momentum, ABA seized the opportunity to craft custom mechanical locking solutions for leading brands at home and abroad. Over time, the company expanded into diverse applications—ranging from vending machines, motorcycles, and telecom cabinets to transportation infrastructure and smart home setups. Today, ABALOCKS stands as one of the world’s respected names in lock manufacturing, with headquarters in Taiwan and a workforce of over 200, including more than 50 seasoned R&D specialists.
