About Sharpgrade About SharpGrade Since 2014, SharpGrade International has designed, manufactured, and marketed the SharpGrade brand of precision grading attachments for skid steer loaders and articulated wheel loaders throughout the world.We focus on making the most accurate, versatile, and productive grading attachments possible.With a suite of sizes spanning 48” (1.2m) to 128” (3.25m) we can accommodate from small stand-on mini-skids to the largest frame skid steers on the market.Our SharpGrade B series box blades come standard with our patented QuadRod linkage, sealed, shielded & lifetime lubricated HardiLube bushes, adjustable height hitch plate and retracting wheels. Our QuadRod linkage has no centre pivot and virtually eliminates cross coupling, allowing the SharpGrade to respond quicker, increasing accuracy and response. All linkages are fully sealed, so never require greasing. With no centre pivot and an open rear blade, SharpGrades carry the largest volume possible in reverse, increasing productivity. Our adjustable height hitch plate ensures SharpGrades are set at the correct height to precision grade forwards and reverse. Retracting wheels allow the B box series to be used as a dozer, fit into confined areas, while offering the shortest transport length possible. Twin parabolic mirrors offer the best visibility in class. Graduated measurement laser receiver poles are quick and accurate to set up, no need for a tape measure. We have hitch adaptors to suit mini skids, wheel loaders and skid steers from 20 – 120HPOur SharpGrade G series grader blades are the most rigid, robust, versatile, and accurate available. With a pivoting rear blade and hydraulic side wings, the G series can cut, trim, carry, transfer and windrow in either direction: an industry first. The large, robust hydraulic side wings offer the largest width ratio possible. From fully articulated and folded, to straight and perpendicular, we increase our width by a massive 50%! At 128” (3.25m), the SharpGrade G series is the largest grader blade available and designed for large frame skid steers. Massive QuadRod linkages absorb and transfer the load directly from the blade into the lower structure. All bearings are sealed, shielded & lifetime lubricated. Nothing on a G series requires greasing.The blade cylinders mount directly from the slimline chassis to the blade via zero clearance spherical bushes, making the blade the most rigid & accurate possible, with ultimate visibility. Rear viewing ports in the chassis structure allow the operator to view the rear blade. The adjustable height hitch plate ensures the side wings stay on grade throughout their travel.All SharpGrades can come with our QuadGrade 2D laser control, which has the most functionality of any system available. It has full operational functionality from the IP67 rated screen, essential for mini skids, adjustable grade height as standard and Direct Connect to connect to interface directly with the joystick buttons.
