Since 2001, RazorGage has been known for excellent customer support and the manufacturing of machine tool grade, programmable saw stops, pusher systems and optimizing saw systems that have set a new standard for accuracy, repeatability and dependability. The affordable RazorGage RGxT comes with a Windows operating system which features intuitive software designed to make setups quick and easy. The RazorGage RG3 features a Hiwin hardened & ground linear bearing rail with 2 recirculating ball bearing blocks for maximum rigidity, accuracy and long life. When you upgrade the system to include the Windows PC interface, the added versatility of the RazorGage RG3 allows you to do even more to reduce waste and labor cost. The optional Autolist optimzing software can run pre-optimized cutlists that you create, allowing you to purchase like profiles and extrusions for multiple jobs, minimizing waste and improving inventory management. The optimizing software is extremely intuitive yet very powerful and works seamlessly with GDS and most industry leading design and estimating software. • Optimize at the machine or run pre-optimized lists from a cutting plan. • Sort your cut list into hundreds of groups by multiple criteria. • Contains unlimited cut list mappings. • Accommodates Secondary Operations. • Print custom labels. The upper end of the product line includes the APS – Auto Pusher Saw System which optimizes your cuts, but the main feature is the automatic pusher system which allows you to push “Go” and stand back. The automatic saw does the work and allows one person to both feed the saw and offload the finished parts. The APS automatic positioner and automated saw system enables more efficient processes in your cutting operation. If you are looking for a saw system that will adjust to cut angles, the RazorGage AngleMaster is a semi-automatic miter saw fence system that automatically adjusts to cut your leading and trailing angle. Select a downloaded cutlist or manually enter the leading and trailing angles, length, & width, required for a single part. The RazorGage positioner advances the material and rotates the saw to the correct leading angle. The operator makes sure the clamps are adjusted correctly, uses the two-hand anti-tie down buttons to cycle the saw, clears small jamb-prone drops from the table and clicks DONE on the touch screen. The RazorGage positioner then advances the material and rotates the saw to make the trailing edge cut.
