About
About QDOS We are a Malaysian company manufacturing Flexible PCBs (FPC) & IC packaging substrates for Medical applications for past 30 years. We cater to ultra fine pitch (35um), >2 mtr lengths FPCs for various applications eg endoscopy, catheter, ultrasound, ADC imaging. Also do RTR manufacturing of high volume Ag/AgCl based disposable sensors. The manufacturing facility in Malaysia is certified to ISO13485 and other basic QMS/EMS/RBA requirements. ABF based FCBGA substrates are available for high IO count packaging needs.
