Powell & Associates LLC Our services include actuarial studies and software including ASOP#3 reports, ASC 606 income recognition, contract pricing analysis, actuarially-based population flow projections, regulatory disclosure reports, estimates of the obligation to provide future services, and benevolence projections for Life Plan Communities and CCaHs. Our expertise has assisted Boards and managers in objectively assessing (a) funding designs for their continuing care contracts, (b) adequate and equitable pricing policies, and (c) financial consequences of their strategic planning initiatives. Our team of industry experts consists of four actuaries and two accountants, in addition to health care consultants and support staff nationwide.
