Our solutions also include integrated electrical interconnects and connectors, further reducing assembly steps. To ensure these complex assemblies hold together, we leverage our Advanced Adhesion and Chemical Engineering division. Adhesion is often the bottleneck in manufacturing, but we resolve this with breakthrough innovations like Ori-Polar™, a specialized adhesion promoter range. Uniquely, our OPM11 variant is applied in-cycle directly inside the mold, eliminating the need for downstream priming processes like flaming or plasma treatment. We also offer FastCure™ structural adhesives and Ori-Tape™, ensuring permanent bonding even on low-surface-energy materials. Furthermore, for applications requiring optical clarity, such as sensor brackets and camera housings, we offer high-performance surface treatments. Our Ori-Fog™ technology provides permanent anti-fog properties for polycarbonate, essential for maintaining sensor visibility, alongside anti-reflective and anti-scratch coatings for long-term durability.
