About LandVest, Inc. We are a one-stop-shop for landowners of all sizes. After 55+ years in the timberland business, we employ 70 full time foresters to manage 2.2 million + acres of private forestland. Our advisors are licensed to manage land transactions for institutional (10k+ acres) and recreational (<10k acres) land investors within New England, the southeast, the lake states, and the Northwest regions. We work together as a team to provide a full suite of land services including acquisition due diligence, operational logistics, forest management planning, timber sale administration, growth modeling, non-timber asset evaluation, and financial analysis to assist our clients in reaching their management and transactional goals.
