About Kromnigon Kromnigon develops advanced optical and biochemical solutions for high-plex fluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Our SpectraSplit® 7 filter sets enable true multicolor imaging without the need for spectral unmixing and are integrated into leading scanning platforms from Evident, Nikon, and TissueGnostics. We have also developed StreptaClick®, a modified streptavidin that binds monovalently to biotinylated antibodies with near-native affinity. This unique property prevents antibody aggregation, allowing simple and reliable multiplexing of primary antibodies in solution. StreptaClick® is available in multiplex IHC kits, either fluorophore-based for ease of use or HRP/TSA-based for enhanced sensitivity. A version of StreptaClick® HRP kit co-developed with ZEISS Microscopy for the Axioscan 7 spatial biology is available for purchase worldwide via ZEISS. At AACR 2026, we are launching our SpectraSplit® 10 optical filter sets, expanding multiplexing capabilities with improved spectral separation. We are also introducing additional StreptaClick® HRP heat-free TSA kits, enabling up to 8-plex IHC (+ DAPI) without repeated antigen retrieval, preserving tissue integrity, allowing frozen tissue samples to be processed, and simplifying workflows. In addition, StreptaClick® Precision supports click chemistry for 1:1 conjugation of oligos, lipids, or other molecules, enabling next-generation assay development for spatial biology and in vitro applications.
