About HETEROMERGE GmbH HETEROMERGE offers functional 3D microstructure fabrication and fully additive systems integration. Our technology enables 3D printing of complete miniaturized optical systems, including multiple optical materials in a single process. Our technology is self-aligned and provides nanometer precision. We remove design, function, and production barriers, enabling our customers to realize their visions from fast prototyping to scalable production with the complete systems integration of precision polymer optical components. Our printing process replaces multiple fabrication and assembly steps. This opens up entirely new possibilities for the miniaturization of display engines and collimation optics in AR/XR.
