About Frazier Alzheimer's & Dementia Consulting Frazier Alzheimer's and Dementia Consulting is a pioneering training organization dedicated to enhancing the understanding and care of individuals affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. The training is available in person or virtually for departments of aging, professional guardians, continuing care communities, hospitals, professional and family care partners, faith communities and seminaries. We certify dementia practitioners. The training employs an inclusive, person-centered approach, ensuring that the unique needs and preferences of individuals are a priority. The founder of FADC is Malcolm Frazier, a retired elder in the United Methodist Church. He holds a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Wesley Theological Seminary. His certifications are from the International Council of Active Aging and the Cultural Intelligence Center. He is a practitioner and advocate for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. Malcolm is a National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioner, a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer and a Certified Montessori Care Professional. His twenty-four years of ordained ministry has included ministry with older adults.
