About Fidelis Realty Partners Fidelis is one of Texas’ largest commercial real estate companies with a long focus on retail, and a newer focus on healthcare, multifamily, and industrial. We recognize the importance of a diverse merchant mix, as well as the quantity and quality of people needed for success in any given area. Therefore, we added specialists and experts in healthcare, multifamily, and industrial development, redevelopment, acquisition, and ownership. We believe these areas work complementarily and synergistically with our retail property creation and benefit from the convenient locations and amenities we create in our retail properties. Fidelis owns, leases, and manages approximately 24 million square feet of commercial real estate in four property types across 14 states and 26 cities. Fidelis group of companies has one culture, one purpose, one mission, and one value system. It is a natural evolution to our business model and mutually beneficial to all property types. This dynamic combination will produce mutual benefits for our tenants, partners, and communities. We serve almost 100 properties in total. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Fidelis also has operating offices in Dallas, Texas; Santa Fe, New Mexico; Kansas City, Missouri; and Rapid City, South Dakota, to better serve the properties in those regions. Fidelis was formed in 2003 to own, develop, and manage mid- to large-scale Class A retail shopping centers. Commencing operations with 1 million square feet of retail properties in the greater Houston area, with a consistent and aggressive development, redevelopment, and acquisition program, Fidelis has grown to approximately 20 million square feet, including 2 million square feet in various stages of development or redevelopment. Our larger retail centers are typically anchored by leading grocers and national retailers. The scale of these anchor merchants provides smaller retailers with maximum market exposure, frequent and repetitive foot traffic, and the kind of drawing power that only well-known, brand-name retailers can produce. Fidelis also owns and manages a variety of local neighborhood centers that are as convenient as they are crucial to the communities they serve.
