About

About AIR WATER REALIZE INC. Ultra-fine, low-pain injection needles made in Japan, offered as flexible OEM solutions with low-dead-space hubs and ISO 13485:2016 manufacturing for medical, dental, aesthetic, hypodermic and ophthalmic applications in clinical and veterinary use. Sharp bevel geometry and lubricious tip coating deliver low penetration resistance to help minimize patient pain, while our low-dead-space (LDS) hub reduces residual volume and has enabled up to six shots from Pfizer’s COVID‑19 vials when used with compatible syringes. We support OEM programs from stainless-steel tube forming and tip grinding through hub molding, clean-room assembly, packaging, and EO-gas sterilization, supplying cannulas, hubs, caps, bulk needles, or finished sterile and non-sterile products. With 14G–33G, 12–500 mm coverage, nearly 70 years of OEM needle specialization, capacity above two billion pieces annually, and supply to over 80 countries, we welcome both high-mix and high-volume projects—bring your specifications to discuss sampling and validation at our booth.
