About Design Octaves, Inc. Design Octaves has been in business since 1979 as a full-service RIM (Reaction Injection Molding) supplier serving the Medical, Life Science and Laboratory Device Industries. We specialize in UL94V-0 rated enclosures in quantities of 100-5000 units per year. We have large part capabilities and can mold parts up to 65". We build all tooling in-house. We also offer in-house molding, painting, UL certified EMI/RFI shielding, silkscreening and value added assembly. We have an excellent Quality Management System in place and we are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
