About Delivery Concepts Founded in 1986, Delivery Concepts designs and manufactures specialty temperature-controlled upfit solutions for the food and beverage industry, including homebound and institutional meal programs, grocery, catering, and mobile dining. As a chassis-neutral upfitter, Delivery Concepts can equip virtually any truck or van with any combination of frozen, refrigerated, heated and ambient compartments, including custom interiors with shelves and racking to fit your specific business needs. Our trucks are custom-designed for each client and their specific temperature requirements, along with interiors fitted to the client’s packaging specifications that enhance delivery efficiencies and methods. In 1986, Delivery Concepts primarily served the pizza delivery industry with heated solutions for the surging pizza delivery business. Over the last 30 years our product development evolved around providing temperature delivery solutions to the entire food service industry including caterers, senior nutrition, institutional food service, restaurants and wholesale food purveyors. Delivery Concepts is heavily involved in the development and production of mobile kitchen trucks and helping franchises grow their franchise business through proprietary designed mobile kitchen trucks (food trucks), that enhance branding and allow the franchisee an affordable entry into his or her own business. Delivery Concepts recently expanded its involvement in mobile kitchen manufacturing with the 2018 acquisition of food truck builders Prestige Food Trucks and Custom Concessions USA.
