He has over 35 years of building design and construction experience and has produced self-storage design-sensitive solutions on self-storage projects ranging from 5,000 sq. ft. to an astounding 260,000 sq. ft., 9-story facility in Queens, NY. With this experience, Dean Architects has the distinct ability to take your project from its initial conception through completed construction. With 29 years as a firm principal, Mark A. Dean has been responsible for numerous design projects and has gained expertise in balancing the quality of the design with budget constraints while managing all of his clients’ concerns. Our firm’s experience includes such project components as programming, space planning, conceptual design development, interior design, site design and landscape planning.
