About Cure First Cure First is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing functional precision oncology to improve outcomes for patients with cancer. By working at the intersection of science, clinical care, and patient advocacy, Cure First collaborates with physicians, researchers, biotech partners, and philanthropists to accelerate more effective and personalized treatment strategies. At the core of our approach is the concept of N=1 medicine, where each patient’s tumor is studied as a unique biological system. Through integrated molecular, functional testings, we evaluate how individual cancers respond to therapies rather than relying solely on genomic predictions. Cure First supports a CLIA-certified laboratory offering the PARIS® test (Personalized, Automated, Robotics, Informatics, Sequenced), a high-throughput organoid drug-sensitivity platform that evaluates patient-derived tumor cells against a broad panel of oncology drugs. Results are delivered as a clinical report ranking therapies by predicted effectiveness, helping oncologists select treatments tailored to each patient’s tumor biology.
