About

About COIMA USA COIMA USA provides high quality Dust Collection Systems, Paint Spray Capture/Environmental Booths, Sanding Benches and Booths, and Biomass Solutions. Material shredders, briquetting machines, and high pressure vacuum systems are also available. Ideally suited for the woodworking industry, COIMA solutions offer high efficiency indoor & outdoor dust collectors, and paint fume capture systems. Our in-house engineering team will work with you to provide a complete ducting design to meet your collection needs. The low-noise F series collectors offer capacities up to 7,000 CFM in a sleek, low-profile faired housing which can be placed indoors or outdoors, and come with a variety of material discharge options. The SHK series enclosureless bag collection system offers indoor collection for low volumes, meeting NFPA guidelines for indoor sawdust collectors with 5,000 CFM capacity or less. COIMA also offers larger outdoor collection silos for facilities of all sizes. The small footprint MVD, MPD & MMV silos are a great solution for custom cabinet shops. Factories and furniture manufacturers are well-served by COIMA's modular UPD/UVD Series, which offers capacities up to 160,000 CFM. All silo collectors have a variety of material handling options available, including screw conveyors, rotary air locks, briquetting machines, and pneumatic transfer loops for haul-away containers. Our modular CVS & CVA Series Paint Spray Capture Booths offer a range of working sizes and come in both dry and wet capture methods. The CVS-C is a great mobile capture booth which offers flexibility for smaller workshops or oversize work piece projects. For greater environmental control, the VPA/VPS Series Pressurized Enclosure Systems offer complete enclosures for wet and dry capture systems. The BAP Series of cartridge-based downdraft work benches offer excellent collection for benchtop work such as grinding and buffing of a range of materials, including non-combustible metals. COIMA also offers Biomass Energy Systems which convert woodworking waste material into hot water, steam, or heated air. The output from these systems can then be used to provide building heating or for other processes, offsetting facility energy costs. Total Air Products in cooperation with COIMA delivers complete dust collection and air quality solutions for woodworking and industrial facilities that demand performance, reliability, and compliance. From compact indoor collectors to large outdoor systems reaching up to 160,000 CFM, we design systems that solve airflow problems, improve plant cleanliness, and support production growth. Our team provides engineered dust collection systems, paint spray capture booths, downdraft sanding benches, crossflow sanding booths, and fully integrated material handling solutions including rotary airlocks, screw conveyors, pneumatic transfer systems, shredders, and briquetting equipment. We don’t just supply equipment — we engineer complete systems, including full duct layout and airflow design to ensure optimal performance from day one. For facilities looking to reduce energy costs and maximize sustainability, our biomass energy systems convert wood waste into usable heat, hot water, or steam, turning byproduct into value. Whether you are upgrading an existing collector, expanding your operation, addressing NFPA compliance concerns, or planning a new installation, Total Air Products provides the equipment, engineering, replacement parts, and long-term service support to keep your operation running at peak efficiency. Stop by our booth to discuss your current system, upcoming projects, or performance challenges. Let’s build a solution that works as hard as you do.
