About Adallen Nutrition Adallen Nutrition was formed in 2015 as the North American sales office for Hunan Huacheng Biotech., Inc., one of the top manufacturers of Monk Fruit and Stevia in the world. In 2018, Malcolm Greenberg was hired as the Sales Director of our headquarters in Somerset, New Jersey. Malcolm’s job was to assemble a team of “Sweetener Specialists” to spread the gospel of Monk Fruit and Stevia. Adallen Nutrition’s mission is simple – reduce/eliminate sugar use while keeping the sweetness. Healthy and Sweet. In 2019, Adallen Nutrition moved to Cranbury, New Jersey, expanding its office space and warehouse threefold. During that time, the Monk Fruit Guy [Malcolm] and his international team of Sweetener Specialists have shared the benefits of Monk Fruit and Stevia, conventional and organic as a healthy natural zero calorie sweetener to enhance the food, beverage, and nutritional supplement sectors. In our 10th year of assisting countless customers and formulators with Monk Fruit and Stevia education and use, we would like to thank everyone for their support and we look forward to a new decade of health and growth together. In 2025, we are happy to announce we have moved to a new office in Highland Park, New Jersey and that Huachengbio, our parent company, has opened its 4th manufacturing facility in China. We look forward to grow together in the next ten years and beyond.
