About Ceria Therapeutics, Inc. Ceria is a biopharmaceutical company developing a pipeline of microRNA therapeutics to address severe inflammatory conditions in the GI, advanced wound care, and critical care markets. Ceria is headquartered in Tucson AZ with operations and manufacturing in Bayamon PR. The company also manufactures (including GLP analytics) its proprietary nanoparticle and bespoke synthetic RNA for other drug developers. Our nanoparticle RNA delivery platform is unique providing 200-500x greater efficiency compared with lipid nanoparticle along with no evidence of toxicity or immunogenicity and substantially less expensive costs of production. Leveraging $20M in non-dilutive funds from federal contracts and >$50M in supplemental funding from the Puerto Rican government, Ceria is currently raising a $12M syndicated equity round to complete 2-3 clinical trials of lead assets in advanced wound care and acute respiratory inflammation.
