About Bio-Defense Network LLC Bio-Defense Network is a limited liability company with offices in Phoenix AZ and St. Louis, MO. It was founded in 2011 and is jointly owned by its co-founders, Harlan Dolgin and David Reddick. The company has spent more than a decade working with local and regional public health departments and healthcare coalitions around the nation to support their preparedness. It has significant experience working with jurisdictions of all sizes from Coast to Coast, including many in California, Missouri, Texas and New York. Since its formation in 2011, it has worked directly with more than 50 local public health departments to improve their preparedness, including recruitment of employers to serve as hosts of Closed Points of Dispensing (PODs), pandemic preparedness (including Covid-19 Case Investigation and Contact Tracing), comprehensive POD planning, and overall training. In addition, it served as lead consultant with the National Association of County and City Health Officials program for more than 60 rural and frontier health departments battling COVID-19 in 2021. Its Closed POD work has resulted in the recruitment of employers representing more than 4.3 million Americans.
