About Abu Dhabi Investment Office About HELM: Abu Dhabi’s Life Sciences Cluster HELM, short for Health, Endurance, Longevity, and Medicine, is Abu Dhabi’s flagship life sciences and biotechnology ecosystem, purpose-built to accelerate discovery, development and deployment across the full healthcare value chain. Launched in April 2025 during Abu Dhabi Global Healthcare Week (ADGHW), HELM is the emirate’s long-term strategic commitment to building sovereign life sciences capability, attracting global partnerships and shaping the next era of health innovation from Abu Dhabi.
